Privacy policy
How Crescendo handles submitted legal enquiries, consent and retention.
Who receives your details
Crescendo, the independent operator of this site, collects the name, email, optional phone, location and enquiry details you submit in order to review and respond. This site is not a law firm. Do not submit confidential legal documents or special-category data.
Secure storage and spreadsheet
Requests are transmitted via HTTPS to a private Cloudflare Worker and stored in Cloudflare D1. The planned 12-hour Google Sheets synchronisation is not currently active; until credentials are configured, new enquiries remain privately stored in D1. The spreadsheet is not publicly viewable.
Provider sharing only by opt-in
Sharing your enquiry and contact details with independent professional providers is optional and requires a separate checkbox. No automatic forwarding occurs. A provider may contact you if you consent and we arrange an introduction; provider identities and applicable rules should be checked.
Retention and data rights
Enquiries are kept for up to 90 days. You may request access, correction or deletion from the identified operator through its published contact channel, subject to applicable law. Do not treat the site as an emergency or legal advice service.
Technical protections
The intake limits requests, uses an invisible anti-spam field and does not publish submitted information. Hosting infrastructure processes limited technical connection data to operate the service.
